I am the owner and lead clinician at Ascend, where I work with individuals and families to create meaningful, lasting change. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the social work field, including working with families and children and three years providing outpatient therapy. I also have experience as a medical social worker, supporting patients and families in healthcare settings.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported every step of the way. I value building strong connections with the people I work with, being honest and transparent, and helping clients develop the skills and confidence to navigate life’s challenges and create positive change.
